[Infineon] QDR® II Synchronous SRAM

1. Details: The CY7C1510KV18, CY7C1525KV18, CY7C1512KV18 and CY7C1514KV18 are all 1.8 V synchronous pipelined SRAMs featuring the QDR II architecture. The QDR II architecture comprises two separate ports: a read port and a write port for accessing the memory array. The read port has a dedicated data output to support read operations, whilst the write port has a dedicated data input to support write operations.

- CY7C1510KV18: 18 Mbit, 1 M × 18-bit

- CY7C1525KV18: 72 Mbit, 2 M × 36-bit

- CY7C1512KV18: 36 Mbit, 2 M × 18-bit
