I. IGBT Modules

For systems requiring high-frequency switching, silicon/silicon carbide hybrid modules offer higher efficiency.

IV. Intelligent Power Modules (IPM)
High-voltage power modules equipped with integrated gate drivers for consumer, industrial and automotive applications. A wide range of three-phase inverter modules is available, covering power levels from 50W to 10kW. Various topology options are offered, including PFC and input bridge rectifiers.
Overview of mainstream models: FNB51060TD1 and FNB51560TD1, with a standard voltage rating of 600V and current ratings of 10A and 15A. These belong to the classic SPM 55 series and are suitable for small servo motors, domestic variable-frequency equipment and small industrial inverters.
