ADI’s switch matrix product range encompasses crosspoint switches, MEMS RF switches, general-purpose analogue switches and high-speed digital switches, which are widely used in applications such as automated test equipment, video signal routing, RF testing, industrial data acquisition, medical instruments and telecommunications base stations. Shenzhen Mingjiada Electronics specialises in the long-term recycling of compliant idle, surplus, end-of-line and engineering surplus electronic components and chips, helping clients to realise the value of their inventory assets.

I. ADI Crosspoint Switches
ADI crosspoint switches are programmable signal matrices that support arbitrary routing and switching between multiple inputs and outputs. They feature built-in output buffers and support serial SPI/I²C and parallel control, whilst allowing daisy-chain cascading to expand the matrix scale. They are categorised into two main types: video/high-speed analogue crosspoints and low-noise audio crosspoints.

1. AD8117/AD8118 Series
32×32 high-speed analogue crosspoint switches with a bandwidth of 600 MHz, a slew rate of 1800 V/μs, channel crosstalk below –70 dB, and isolation of –90 dB at 5 MHz; The AD8117 offers a gain of +1, whilst the AD8118 offers a gain of +2; both support single-ended and differential signals, are powered by a single 5V or ±2.5V supply, and are suitable for switching high-definition RGB graphics and composite video signals, targeting applications such as broadcast video and industrial vision signal routing.

2. ADV3228/ADV3229 Series
8×8 non-blocking high-speed crosspoints, -3dB bandwidth of 750MHz, slew rate of 2500V/μs; The ADV3228 offers 1× gain, whilst the ADV3229 offers 2× gain; independent outputs can be set to high impedance; supports independent updating of individual channels without the need to rewrite the entire matrix; commonly used in professional video matrices and medical imaging signal switching equipment.

3. MAX4550/MAX4570 Series
Low-noise audio crosspoints; the MAX4550 utilises an I²C interface, whilst the MAX4570 utilises an SPI interface. They support silent, click-free soft switching, with isolation of –110 dB and crosstalk of –95 dB at 20 kHz, making them suitable for professional audio mixing and in-vehicle audio matrix systems.

4. ADG21XX Series
Small- to medium-scale low-impedance cross-matrices with a typical on-resistance of 1 Ω, powered by 5 V or ±2.5 V, and featuring a simple control interface; suitable for small-scale test fixtures and the routing of multi-channel sensor signals.

II. ADI MEMS Switches
ADI MEMS switches differ from traditional mechanical relays; they are solid-state micro-electromechanical RF switches that support signals ranging from DC up to GHz bandwidth. They combine precision DC characteristics with linear RF performance, and feature a compact size, low power consumption, fast switching speed and high cycle life. They serve as a relay alternative for ATE (Automated Test Equipment), RF calibration and 5G test platforms. Packaging is primarily in small LFCSP surface-mount packages, with some models featuring built-in driver circuits, eliminating the need for external driver chips.

1. ADGM1001/ADGM1002/ADGM1003
SPDT (Single-Pole, Double-Throw) MEMS switches, with bandwidths ranging from DC to 16 GHz and DC to 20 GHz respectively, and low off-state leakage current; suitable for general-purpose RF path switching and instrument calibration paths.

2. ADGM1004
Integrated driver SP4T (single-pole, four-throw) MEMS switch, DC to 13 GHz, 2.5 kV HBM ESD protection, RF ports with up to 5 kV HBM protection, low on-resistance, suitable for test stations with high electrostatic discharge risk.

3. ADGM1304
Integrated driver SP4T, DC to 14 GHz, requires no external driver components, simplifies RF board layout, and is the preferred model for high-density ATE test boards.

4. ADGM1121
DPDT (Double-Pole Double-Throw) MEMS switch, DC to 18 GHz, with dual-channel synchronous switching, used for differential RF link switching.

5. ADGM3121, ADGM3144
Next-generation broadband MEMS switches: the ADGM3121 is a DPDT switch operating from DC to 24 GHz; the ADGM3144 is an SP4T switch operating from DC to 30 GHz, designed for millimetre-wave Sub-6G RF testing and radar signal debugging applications.

III. ADI Analogue and Digital Switch Series
ADI analogue switches (including multiplexers, or MUXs) are responsible for selecting analogue voltage and current signals, featuring low on-resistance, low charge injection, low leakage current and rail-to-rail capability; digital switches are used for high-speed digital signal and USB/PCIe signal routing, offering high bandwidth and low jitter characteristics.

Analogue Switch Product Line
1. ADGS Series High-Voltage Analogue Switches
The ADGS1412 is a 4-channel SPST switch with a typical on-resistance of 1.5 Ω. It supports ±15 V high-voltage analogue signals and features SPI serial control, making it suitable for industrial data acquisition and multi-channel high-voltage sensor acquisition. The series also includes the ADGS1208 and ADGS1408, which are 8-channel multiplexers.
2. ADG Series General-Purpose Analogue Switches
The ADG1712 is a four-channel low-voltage SPST switch with an on-resistance of 2.4 Ω and flexible single or dual-supply operation; ADG6412: ultra-low Rds-on, typical on-resistance of 0.5Ω; ADG2436 and ADG6436: dual SPDT independent switches; ADG732 and ADG714: classic multiplexers, widely used in multimeters, data acquisition cards and battery testing equipment.
3. MAX301/MAX303/MAX305 Precision Analogue Switches

Digital / High-Speed Signal Switches
These include USB signal switches, PCIe signal retimers and multiplexers, supporting high-speed differential digital signals with low insertion loss and low crosstalk. They are used for signal switching on motherboards, in docking stations and for gating high-speed digital channels in test fixtures. Representative models include high-speed differential signal cross-switch chips such as the ADG5422 and ADN4604.

IV. Summary of Application Scenarios
ADI switch integrated circuits cover: ATE (Automated Test Equipment), RF instruments and signal sources, broadcast video matrices, medical ultrasound and image acquisition, industrial multi-channel data acquisition, in-vehicle audio signal routing, and 5G communications test platforms; Among these, the ADGM MEMS series serves as the core component for miniaturisation solutions in RF test instruments; crosspoint matrices are suitable for centralised routing of multi-channel signals; whilst low-voltage and high-voltage analogue switches form the foundation of industrial data acquisition cards and precision measuring instruments.

V. Shenzhen Mingjiada Electronics Recycling Process
Mingjiada Electronics supports the recycling of all electronic component products, covering 5G chips, new energy ICs, IoT ICs, Bluetooth ICs, Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) ICs, automotive-grade ICs, communications ICs and artificial intelligence ICs. In addition, the company supplies memory ICs, sensor ICs, microcontroller ICs, transceiver ICs, Ethernet ICs, Wi-Fi chips, wireless communication modules and connectors. Recycled materials include factory dead stock, project offcuts, distributor surplus stock, original unopened pallets, tube-packed and reel-and-tape materials. Only goods sourced through legitimate channels are accepted; materials of unknown origin are rejected. The standardised recycling process is as follows:

1. Sorting of Materials and Submission of Inventory List
Customers should sort the materials to be recycled and provide complete details: model number, brand, package type, batch/date code, quantity, packaging condition (pallet / reel / tube / loose), condition, and whether the items are original and genuine. The inventory list should be sent via email, online form or WeChat to the Mingjiada evaluation team; for high-value products, we recommend simultaneously providing photographs of the labels and packaging.

2. Professional Assessment and Quotation
The assessment team verifies the materials based on market conditions, scarcity, batch expiry dates, appearance and packaging integrity, and generally provides a quotation within 24 hours; for high-value or bulk materials, sample testing may be arranged upon consultation, utilising X-ray scanning, label verification and electrical testing to confirm the authenticity and integrity of the components.

3. Confirmation of Transaction Terms and Signing of Agreement
Both parties confirm the price, settlement currency (RMB, HKD or USD are all acceptable) and collection method; options include on-site inspection and collection or the customer dispatching goods to Mingjiada’s Shenzhen or Hong Kong warehouses. Following consultation, a recycling agreement is signed, clearly defining rights and responsibilities as well as inspection standards. In addition to direct cash payment, customers may also opt for consignment or commission-based sales arrangements to maximise returns on their materials.

4. Full Inspection upon Stocking and Payment Settlement
Upon arrival at the warehouse, the quality control team verifies the model, quantity and batch number, and conducts random checks on electrical performance and appearance to ensure the components are unopened, have not been refurbished and show no signs of oxidation or damage. Full payment is arranged within 24–48 hours of passing inspection, via bank transfer or in cash.

5. Compliant Disposal of Materials
Qualified, original chips are re-taped, vacuum-sealed to protect against moisture, and stored in our warehouse before entering the spot supply chain; defective, unsealed or oxidised materials are scrapped in accordance with industry compliance protocols to prevent defective chips from re-entering circulation.
